Managing
ANM
Guidelines
and
Restrictions
You
can
remove
a
license
file
from
ANM
server;
however,
you
cannot
remove
a
license
file
from
ANM
Virtual
Appliance.
If
you
are
using
ANM
Virtual
Appliance
and
have
a
license
that
displays
in
error,
it
is
not
an
issue
as
long
as
a
valid
license
is
also
installed.
Procedure
Step
1
Log
in
as
the
root
user.
Step
2
To
remove
the
license
file,
enter
the
following:
rm
/opt/CSCOanm/etc/license/<ANM_LICENSE_FILE>
The
license
file
is
removed
from
the
ANM
host.
Step
3
Restart
ANM
to
allow
it
to
update
the
licenses
table
data.

in

forCisco
Application
Networking
Manager

.
To
request
another
license
from
Cisco
to
replace
the
one
that
had
errors,
open
a
service
request
using
the
T
AC
Service
Request
Tool
or
call
the
Technical
Assistance
Center.
