en maturation technologique »
Au cœur de la stratégie dénie pour la SATT
ParisSaclay sur la période 20222024 :
l’accroissement des investissements en
maturation de + 50 %, tout en maintenant un taux
de transfert technologique entre 60 et 70 %, un
marqueur fort pour la SATT Paris Saclay. Pour ga-
rantir ce taux de haut niveau et limiter le taux
d’échec des projets de maturation, nous avons
souhaité renforcer la gestion du risque notam-
ment lié à l’accompagnement de jeunes équipes
de startup, et l’intégration des industriels au plus
tôt dans le processus de maturation technolo-
gique. Nous avons également xé à la SATT un
objectif d’autonancement sur ses frais de struc-
ture pour n 20242025. Un challenge en bonne
voie de réussite pour la SATT qui présente, un an
après l’élaboration de cette feuille de route, des
premiers résultats particulièrement satisfaisants.
An de permettre aux administrateurs des SATT
de mieux appréhender ces enjeux de gouver-
nance, nous avons enn déployé avec l’Institut
Français des Administrateurs (IFA) un programme
dédié. Trois administrateurs de la SATT Paris
Saclay faisaient partie de la première promotion
qui vient de s’achever.

« Faciliter les interactions
au sein de l’écosystème »
Le dialogue et l’échange sont au cœur du posi
tionnement de la SATT ParisSaclay sur le
territoire. En 2022, la SATT ParisSaclay a dû
se positionner dans le cadre de deux appels à
projets très importants : l’Appel à projets Booster,
d’une part, l’Appel à projets prématuration / matu
ration, d’autre part. Dans les deux cas, pour préparer
les réponses à ces appels à projets, les équipes de
la SATT ParisSaclay ont réuni tous les acteurs de
l’écosystème, parties prenantes de la SATT, an de
favoriser la rédaction d’une réponse commune.
Dans le premier cas cela a permis l’élaboration
d’une trajectoire ambitieuse pour la SATT en ligne
avec les attentes de l’État. Dans le second cas,
cela a permis de prendre en compte les enjeux de
chacun au regard des stratégies nationales
d’accé lération et d’élaborer une réponse uniée
des acteurs de l’écosystème autour de priorités
scientiques dénies à l’échelle du territoire Paris
Saclay. C’est aussi sur cette approche collégiale et
cet engagement de dialogue que repose l’une
des garanties du continuum d’innovation entre les
établissements du territoire et la SATT Paris
Saclay. Cela permet notamment aux projets de
prématuration portés par les établissements de
trouver auprès de la SATT ParisSaclay, une conti-
nuité en maturation.

« Optimiser la gouvernance
de la SATT Paris-Saclay »
Parmi les temps forts de l’année 2022, la for-
mation élaborée avec l’IFA autour des enjeux
de gouvernance des SATT s’est ré vélée pri
mor diale. Elle nous a permis de mieux appréhender
notre rôle en tant qu’administrateur, de connaî tre
nos droits, nos devoirs et nos responsabilités. Elle
nous a également permis de mieux cibler les enjeux
de la SATT ParisSaclay, notamment ses enjeux
de refinancement. Dans les mois qui viennent,
nous allons constituer un groupe de travail autour
des administrateurs certiés an de proposer des
pistes d’évolution au Conseil d’Administration, sur
son fonction nement, sa composition mais égale-
ment sur les sujets abordés pendant nos rencontres :
stratégie, nancement, capital humain ou encore
gestion des risques.
En tant qu’actionnaires, nous devrons également
mieux accompagner le rapprochement de la SATT
avec nos établissements, et ce au bénéce de
tous : pour la SATT an qu’elle puisse encore davan
tage développer ses pres tations de services et ses
programmes de maturation auprès de nos cher-
cheurs et doctorants et pour les établissements
qui pourront continuer à bénécier de ce formi-
dable instrument de rencontres et de mutualisa-
tions sur le territoire.

« Renforcer le continuum
d’innovation à Paris-Saclay »
En 2022, la SATT ParisSaclay a encore ren-
forcé sa proximité avec les équipes de re-
cherche de l’Université ParisSaclay. Ce
mouvement d’accompagnement a aussi été ren-
forcé avec le repositionnement d’IncubAlliance
visàvis de ces mêmes équipes. Cela devait per-
mettre de renforcer la complémentarité entre les
étapes de maturation technologique portées par
la SATT ParisSaclay et l’accompagnement des
porteurs de projet à la création d’entreprise réalisé
par IncubAlliance. La cofondation du consortium
DeepTech Alliance ParisSaclay a encore accen-
tué ces liens. Visant à stimuler l’émergence de
startup deeptech sur le périmètre de l’Université
ParisSaclay, celuici permet un véritable conti-
nuum d’innovation entre la SATT et IncubAlliance
mais également, en amont, avec l’Université Paris
Saclay pour la détection des potentiels d’innova-
tion et, en aval, avec la French Tech ParisSaclay
pour l’animation des startup du territoire. Cette
continuité aujourd’hui bien établie, le prochain
challenge pour la SATT ParisSaclay sera de pas-
ser à l’échelle en vue de répondre aux besoins de
maturation technologique de nos 60 000étudiants
et 8 000enseignantschercheurs.
