Use this function to staple sheets of printed paper together.
When stapling, use the finisher option. See Network and System Settings Guide or Printer Reference.
The following table shows where you can select this function.

[Staple] is displayed on [Print Job] on the [Finishing] tab in the Printing Preference dialog box. |

[Staple:] is displayed in [Printer Specific Options] in the print dialog box. |

[Staple:] is displayed under [General 2] in the [Feature Sets] list on [Printer Features] in the print dialog box. |
The stapling location might differ depending on the orientation of the machine set in the printer and the orientation of the data to be printed. For details, see Printer Reference.
