Search by E-mail Destination

Press the [Search Dest.].

Select a search destination.

To search through the Address Book, select [Address Book].

To search through an LDAP server, select the relevant LDAP server.

Press [E-mail] to switch the transmission type to e-mail.

Press [E-mail Address].

Enter the e-mail address (e-mail destination) you want to search for, and then press [OK].

If you enter a wrong character, press [], [], [Backspace], or [Delete All], and then enter the character again.

Check the characters you have entered are correct, and then press [Start Search].

When the search is finished, a result appears.

Select a destination.

If the destination you require does not appear, use [] or [] to scroll through the list.

Press [Details] to display the details of a selected destination.
