Meaning

The IOD (I/O handler for bus devices whose I/Os are performed via X2000) issues this
message on every IPL of a VM.

Meaning

A new device has been configured in X2000. The device could not be activated because
the IOD was not assigned sufficient memory.

Response

Check the X2000/system memory configuration. Configure the device again. A reboot of
the system can probably solve the problem.

IOD0869

Meaning

The configuration data of the device with the mnemonic name xxxx has been modified. The
device has therefore been deactivated. The device can no longer be operated by BS2000
(condition code 3).

Repeat configuration in X2000. If this repetition is unsuccessful, an IOHDUMP should be
generated and then analyzed or sent to a Support Center.
